Main Parking
The Convention Center operates a large, two-level parking garage within the facility. The main entrance to the garage is on 8th Avenue between Seneca and Pike Streets. Parking is paid at the time of exit. The Convention Center also operates the Freeway Parking Garage with 665 parking spaces.

Hand Carried Freight
The Convention Center has a temporary vehicle delivery area within its public parking garage. This space is reserved by Show Management to allow safe access for exhibitors to transport materials to and from their exhibit areas. Show Management will publish dates and times for the operation of hand carried freight in advance. See our guidelines for more information on hand carried freight and exhibits.

Passenger Load/Unload
Passengers may be dropped off at the covered Convention Place entrance off Pike Street and 9th Avenue. Buses, taxi cabs and shuttles also use this area for passenger drop-off and pick-up. Pedestrians can enter from Pike or Union Streets.

Using Metro
Metro's Convention Place Station is a convenient hub for many bus routes and is located just one block north of the Convention Center on 9th Avenue at Pine Street. It is one of five stops along the electric bus tunnel that serves downtown Seattle. Metro bus rides are free within a designated downtown area. For Metro information, click here or call (206)553-3000.

A number of companies provide shuttle service from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to Seattle. Check at the ground transportation center near baggage claim to see if your hotel offers a free shuttle. You also can catch a taxi outside baggage claim, or contact Metro for the bus route that will take you to your hotel or directly to the Convention Center. Most major airlines have offices within a few blocks of the Convention Center. For More Information visit the Washington State Department of Transportation Page
